APC Policy
Employee Relations Law Journal (ISSN: 0098-8898) follows a No Article Processing Charge (APC) policy for authors. The journal does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge for the submission, peer review, editorial evaluation, acceptance, or publication of a manuscript. Authors are not required to make any payment to the journal as a condition for consideration or publication of their research. The editorial and peer-review decisions are based solely on the academic quality, originality, relevance, research integrity, and compliance of the manuscript with the journal's editorial policies and do not depend on any payment by the author.
The journal is committed to supporting the dissemination of scholarly research by providing authors with an accessible publication opportunity without mandatory publication fees. No distinction is made between manuscripts on the basis of an author's ability or inability to pay publication charges. Any optional services, special arrangements, or activities that may involve a separate charge, if introduced in the future, will be clearly communicated to authors in advance and will not influence editorial or peer-review decisions.
Authors should be cautious of any individual or third party claiming to represent the journal and requesting payment for manuscript submission, peer review, acceptance, or publication. Official communication regarding manuscripts and journal policies will be issued through the journal's authorized editorial channels. The Employee Relations Law Journal reserves the right to amend this policy where necessary, and any change to the journal's APC policy will be clearly communicated and published on the official journal website.
