Open Access Policy

Employee Relations Law Journal (ISSN: 0098-8898) is committed to facilitating broad and unrestricted access to scholarly research and academic knowledge. The journal follows an Open Access publishing model under which published articles are made freely available online to readers without subscription or access restrictions. Readers may access, read, download, and use the published scholarly content for legitimate academic, educational, and research purposes, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing conditions associated with each article.

The journal believes that open access supports the wider dissemination of research and enables researchers, academicians, students, practitioners, institutions, and other interested readers to access scholarly literature regardless of their institutional subscription arrangements. By making research freely accessible, the journal seeks to encourage knowledge sharing, academic communication, citation, and further research.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to the journal's editorial assessment and peer-review procedures before publication. Open access availability does not affect the editorial independence of the journal or its standards for scholarly quality, originality, research integrity, and publication ethics. Decisions concerning acceptance and publication are based on the academic and scholarly assessment of the manuscript.

Authors retain the rights specified in the journal's applicable copyright and licensing terms. Where a Creative Commons or other open licence is applied to an article, users must comply with the conditions of that licence, including appropriate attribution and any restrictions specified in the applicable licence. Readers and other users should consult the licence information accompanying each published article before reproducing, adapting, distributing, or otherwise reusing the content.

The Employee Relations Law Journal supports responsible and ethical sharing of scholarly work and encourages the responsible use, citation, and acknowledgement of published research. The journal may update its Open Access Statement when necessary to reflect changes in its publishing model, licensing arrangements, or applicable scholarly publishing standards.
